Option #1
Drop in care is offered when available from 8:00am-5:00pm. This option is not offered on a regular basis. To be available, another child already enrolled must be absent due to illness or vacation. The enrolled child has priority on his/her spot. Should the enrolled child’s parent cancel a vacation, the drop in would no longer be available. Drop in fees must be paid either in advance or in cash the morning of the drop in (at drop off). To use drop in care, the child must be already pre-registered and requires a non-refundable $40 registration fee.

Option #2
This option is great for teachers, parents who work from home, parents with flexible employment or even parents who just want a break! You only pay for what you use.
This drop in option is available during the school year and is following École Victor Brodeur School calendar. Offered normally from Monday to Friday from 8:00am-3:15pm. These spaces are the unused spots when my own children are at school. These spots require parents to be flexible and must have backup care.
Should my children be home from school Christmas/Spring Break/Summer vacation, early dismissals (4 per year), Professional Development days (one per month) or home sick, one or more of my children’s spot (s) will not be available. They are not sick often, but it happens once or twice per year when I have to go to school to get them back home. In this instance, you will be called to immediately come and get your child. Again, this does not happen often at all. I will also try to help by having my husband pick him/her up or perhaps even ask their grand parents. However, parents should not count on this option, flexibility and back up care is a must.
To use this drop in care, the child must be already pre-registered like option #1 and requires a non-refundable $40 registration fee.

Repayment Policy on Drop in Care
Should you have to come and pick up your child during the day because one of mine had to come back home, you will be reimbursed for the remaining unused hours. Fees are paid in advance; therefore, your next month’s invoice will be deducted. If your child has to go back home if he/she becomes ill at daycare, the same procedure applies.
